Shipping & Returns

Delivery :-

UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands and all UK islands)

Standard Shipping (2-3 working days) - £4.95 per delivery on all orders 

Large & Heavy Items - Certain long, bulky and large items require specialized shipping and additional delivery charges may be applied at checkout. Maximum £9.95

For Scottish Highlands and all UK Islands additional charges for Large & Heavy will apply

Sales Taxes & Duties
UK & EU deliveries: - The prices shown on this web site include UK VAT at the current rate and a VAT invoice is issued with all orders

​ROW deliveries - Local taxes and duties may be applied to your order at point of entry to your Country. We have no control over these duties and cannot anticipate them thus they are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check if taxes or duties are applicable before placing ordering.
 
Faulted Items
Please check all orders, particularly linings or fabrics, carefully and advise within 14 days of order any faults or defects.

We cannot be held responsible for faulted fabrics/linings once cut.

Returns & Cancellations
If any, or part, of your order does not meet your expectations please advise us within 30 days and return the goods to Roomserve Ltd. 25C Haugh Lane Industrial Estate, Hexham, Northumberland. NE46 3PU
We’ll exchange or refund it as per your wishes.
Under Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt of goods. This includes any delivery charges but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.

  • Bespoke or Made to Order Curtains or Cushion
  • Cut lengths of Curtain Lining
  • Cut Lengths of Fabric

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing they are unused and in original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that items are securely packaged and we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Return post and package costs are non-refundable and we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please send the parcel via a tracked service. Please return proof of postage.

Liability.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and services supplied and we will not be responsible for any subsequent or ongoing costs related to delayed or non deliveries.
